New spark plugs, tranny fluid, rear diff fluid, oil change, fuel filter, PCV valve, etc. Noticeably faster, more butt dyno power!!! BUT, now I have serious clutch slip in 5th at WOT at 4,000 RPM and higher. Car gets to 4500 and quickly revs past 6000, very weird if you've never experienced it. (Looking for good prices on Stage2 clutches....) Thinking of running a reduced PSI tune just so I don't get clutch slippage, but that's no fun and probably can't be dyno'd.

Replace it with another OEM clutch and call it a day.

OEM clutch with an 18G? Not a cold chance in hell that thing is going to last. Skip organic clutches, you need something better. A nice stage 2 clutch is right up your alley.

Jason, how much did this set you back? I'm hitting that mileage and need to do a full fluid swap, filters, valves, plugs... along with some other lovin (up and down pipes and tune).

No, puck clutches, lightweight flywheels, and shitty drivers break stock transmissions. Dont spread that NASIOC bullshit.

Is this how you broke yours? lol just kidding I bought an OEM exedy for the 16g, but i agree 18g might be a high torque load for that clutch. im only @280 ft/lbs which is as high as i would want to go on the stocker

I'm such a nerd about it, I was at 99K when I changed mine. Couldn't wait that extra 1K!
(In the Service Manual I think it's 105K for timing belt now that I think of it)
