Car is back at TiC. Has a coolant leak, think its a hole pin hole in a hose or so I hope thats all it is. Still waiting on the PLX gauge to come back.  Its display wasn't working properly so they sent it back and they are taking their sweet time fixing it.  So I will get it back in a few days then if all is good I will call P&L to set a tune date.

Sucks that the car isn't 100% ready. Did you get the  small issues corrected and ready for the tune?

Great news! I bet you are ready to feel the potential of that turbo kit. Are you getting one map tuned or multiple maps for different psi's?

getting one map probably.  Also going to get anti-lift kit, new springs and alot of bushings soon, maybe in about 1 1/2 weeks for that stuff.  And getting fenders rolled to put some wide wheels on there this spring.

Might as well throw in a roll cage and make it a dedicated track car, lol.   Hope to see the final product ( if and when you stop modding) this year.

I still remember the 1st time we met and i introduce you to tony @tic and your car was all stock except for the wheels and tires. The mod bug hit you fast and hard.

Five more days 'til the tune.  Post the dyno chart when you get a chance.

I remember that too.  And I blame you for all the modding stuff I've done.  Had you not of introduced me to those guys my bank account would be better off. lol  I should be done modding in a couple weeks and will hook up with you so you can test it out.

Ok, tune is complete. hp=385, torque=371.  What a difference this car feels!!!  Hit 410hp but Jorge backed it back down to 385hp.  Got to give credit to TiC and P&L.  So weds. the suspension bushings, RCE springs, anti-lift kit and alignment will be done.  Then I am done modding for this year I hope.

Sounds like he gave you a safe tune to protect the internals. Hopefully the motor will last a few seasons before rebuilding.
Are you going with the blacks or yellows and who is doing the alignment?
Did you ever upgrade to the TiC Super Shifter Set?
What boost psi are you tuned at?

I will be ordering tires from tirerack and having them shipped to the same place for install and alignment.

How much was the alignment?

Car sounds like a beast! Lets get some videos!

By the way, the car hit 400+whp.....nobody needs to know that it doesn't hit that now. I'd be fine with you calling it a 400whp car. cheesy
