i talked my dad into getting a subaru to haul the grandkids around. He looked at the '08 wrx and hated it, then seen this fozzie sport. I actually like it and might onsider the turbo version instead of a sti.

Forester Sports are cooler for 08 than 07... If you look back, we took a 07 XT sport and put STi struts, springs, Prodrive wheels, cold air intake and exhaust.. It looked great .. Not to tell you where to buy your cars, But there are other Subaru dealers in town that really know about the product and what can be done to make them even more fun..

Are the fogs removed for the 08 models but not the 07 models?

Where did the hood scoop go? Does it only get one on the turbo model?

I tried to get him to buy from wagner but he didn't want to drive that far when it was time for service. We actually spoke to a someone from wagner sunday afternoon while we were there. This person was kind enough to let us in to check out the sti in the showroom. I would take that off of your hands if i can get it for $450/month or less. I may stop in friday to get some accessories for my dad's fozzie for his b-day.

I love the XT. Check out www.subaruforester.org and see what some others have done with them. There are quite a few who traded in their STIs for Foresters and haven't regretted it at all. You should get one :rally:

he will want to drive to Wagner for service after the first time he goes to White-Allen(douchebags). I speak from my own very miserable experience.

The forester is doing well. A week after he got it he let me take it on a road trip to Iowa to visit a friend. I was suprised how smooth, comfortable, and peppy it is. At the time it was quicker than my sti off the line, but the sti is now stage 2 protune. I still like the seats in the forester over my sti. The sti gets all kinds of looks and comments while the forester gets nothing. The forester just flipped the 12k mile mark after 2 years of owning it. He still goes to White Allen for his service They did have to replace the cat last year since the guts fell apart. I still prefer this body style over the current.

I love the 07-08 Sports edition forester's. Would love to have an XT, but they are few and far between.
